One Bank Flagship Seminar by Tamara Rojo

Internationally-acclaimed ballerina, Tamara Rojo joined us for a One Bank Flagship Seminar on Friday 10 February.

Event date: 10 February 2017, 12:00 - 13:00

Tamara Rojo is Artistic Director and Lead Principal Dancer of the English National Ballet.  Having trained as a dancer in Spain, she moved to the UK in 1996 to join the Scottish National Ballet.  She was invited to join the English National Ballet in 1997, where she became principal dancer, before moving to the Royal Ballet in 2000.  In her 12 years at the Royal Ballet, she danced almost every major classical role and had many new works created for her.  Tamara returned to the English National Ballet in 2012, with her role of Artistic Director and principal dancer placing her in the unusual position of being both a creative leader and a performer.

Tamara was awarded a CBE for her services to ballet in the Queen’s 2016 New Year’s Honours.

This seminar discusses Tamara Rojo’s career and her experiences of transformational change, leadership and communication.
