The session was hosted by our Agent for Scotland, Will Dowson, with Sarah Breeden our Executive Director for UK Deposit Takers Supervision and Executive Sponsor for the Bank’s domestic and international work on Climate Change. It was for all of our Agency contacts across the UK and summarised the action the Bank has taken so far in response to climate change and the work planned for 2021. It included what this means for the banks and insurers we regulate and how this work could support businesses and households with climate transition.
