In line with the arrangements announced on 11 December 2014 and 5 March 2015 following the Warsh Review, the Bank will publish for the first time, after a delay of eight years, written transcripts of that part of MPC meetings at which policy is decided. The first release will be on 11 January 2024, pertaining to all MPC meetings between March and December 2015. This timeline follows the Bank of England’s standard release policy, which is based on that used by The UK National Archives. The Bank will also publish alongside those written transcripts, key staff inputs that informed the policy decision. This will constitute an annual release, with future dates to be announced in due course.
