Draft Code of Practice and Supervisory Statement relating to governance in recognised payment system operators - Consultation Paper
The purpose of this consultation paper is to seek views on the Bank of England’s proposal to introduce a code of practice and supervisory statement on the governance of recognised operators of payment systems, being those payment systems specified by Order as recognised systems under section 184 of the Banking Act 2009.
