This Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) statement clarifies the PRA’s interpretation of the concept of ‘durable link’, which is important for ascertaining whether a holding of less than 20% in another undertaking is to be treated as a ‘participation’ for the purposes of the Capital Requirements Regulation (575/2013) (CRR).
