The PRA held a roundtable on CP11/26 – A tailored regime for captive insurance, which was published on 14 July 2026.
The purpose of the roundtable was to provide stakeholders with an opportunity to ask questions on the PRA’s proposals and to seek clarification on the proposals to assist in preparing formal consultation responses.
The roundtable was held on 17 September 2026 on a hybrid basis. As part of the registration process, participants were invited to submit questions in advance and suggest topics for discussion. These submissions were used to help shape the discussion and focus on areas of greatest stakeholder interest.
