Biography
Ioana is a Research Economist in the Prudential Policy Directorate since 2020. Her research interests include topics in financial markets, banking and macrofinance. Her current focus is on the link between regulation and over-the-counter (OTC) markets.
She holds an MPhil in Finance from Tinbergen Institute, and earned a PhD in banking in 2021 from University of Amsterdam.
