- Gross capital issuance by UK residents was £39.5 billion in May 2017, £6.0 billion lower than in April but £2.7 billion higher than the previous six months average.
- PNFC gross bond issuance was £3.6 billion in May, £2.2 billion higher than in April and £0.3 billion higher than the previous six months average.
- PNFC net bond issuance was £1.0 billion in May, £2.3 billion higher than in April and £0.6 billion higher than the previous six months average.
