Capital issuance statistics consist of UK-based primary market issuance of bonds, commercial paper and equity, representing finance raised in the UK.

Overview

Gross issuance by UK residents was £38.8bn in June, £11.9bn lower than in May and £1.3bn lower than the previous six month average.
PNFC net bond issuance was £0.3bn in June, £10.7bn lower than in May and £0.8bn lower than the previous six month average.
MFIs had net bond issuance was £5.1bn in June, £8.2bn higher than in May and £3.7bn higher than the previous six month average.
