The statistics provide a breakdown of the balance sheet, income statement, membership and loans. The figures are reported at a UK level and split to show aggregated values for England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
Key points from the data to the end of March 2018 include:
- Adult member and Juvenile depositors have increased in all countries giving a UK total of over 2 million;
- Total assets have continued to increase, and are almost 2% higher than last quarter, at over £3.2 bn for the UK as a whole:
- Loans in arrears now represent 4.66% of total loans to members, compared with 4.83% last quarter and 4.89% in Q1 2017.
