Adjusted for exchange rate movements, external liabilities increased by $54.9 billion during 2020 Q3. The largest increase in liabilities was to Developed Countries, which was more than accounted for by the United States.
Adjusted for exchange rate movements, external claims decreased by $14.7 billion during 2020 Q3. The largest decrease in claims was on International Organisations and Other claims.
