Buy-to-let data collection – requirements for corporate book data (phase 3)
The requirements for phase 3 of the buy-to-let data collection have now been finalised, following consultation with a sample of reporters. They are available on the Bank's website. This includes definitions, the XML schema, technical documentation and a data model. Phase 3 data requirements are for delivery in October 2018, for Q3 2018 data.
Please be aware that the phase 2 XML schema has been republished to reflect a minor correction. There have also been a small number of other minor changes to supporting documentation to aid clarification.
Additionally, sample XML schemas are now available on the Bank’s website that provide an Excel view of a completed XML schema.
