Jill May

Jill May was an external member of the Prudential Regulation Committee.

She was a Panel Member of the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) from April 2013 to March 2018 and a Non-Executive Director of the CMA from 2013 to 2016.

Her executive career was spent in banking, where she worked in corporate finance for SG Warburg & Co Ltd from 1985 to 1995 and senior positions in Group Strategy at UBS where she was a Managing Director from 2001 to 2012. 

Jill is currently a Non-Executive Director of Abrdn Property Income Trust, JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc and Alpha Financial Markets Consulting. She is also a Member of Council of the Duchy of Lancaster and a Governor of Wellington College.
