From 2019 to 2022 our Youth Forum members worked on various projects to help us understand issues facing young people in the UK

What the Youth Forum worked on

From 2019 to 2022 the Bank of England engaged with young people 16-24 through our Youth Forum. That work focused on a number of topics including financial education, communications, the labour market and climate change.  For information on our latest youth engagement visit our Youth voice page.

Youth Forum digital currencies podcast series

The Bank of England Youth Forum chose digital currencies as one of their key topics of interest for 2022, as they felt there is a lack of understanding of digital currencies. They worked with academics and experts across the field to produce a series of podcasts to help educate young people and the general public about digital currencies.
