In his opening remarks at the Gadhia Review launch held at the Bank of England, Governor Mark Carney talks about a number of transformations that are happening across financial services and why it is time for a similar transformation of the diversity in the sector - in particular the representation of women in middle and senior tier management roles.
The Governor speaks about the value of Jayne-Anne Gadhia's report and recommendations and also some of the diversity targets for gender that the Bank already has in place.
