Overview
Gross issuance by UK residents was £31.3bn in November, £10.3bn lower than in October, and £7.2bn lower than the previous six month average.
Bond issuance was £13.2bn in November, compared to £24.3bn in October, and was £9.8bn lower than the previous six month average.
PNFC bond issuance was £1.6bn in November, £7.3bn lower than in October, and £4.1bn lower than the previous six month average.
Net issuance by UK residents was -£4.2bn in November, £10.6bn lower than in October, and £13.3bn lower than the previous six month average. This was driven by negative net issuance across all instruments.
